Hey, I’m Greg, founder of Breath & Ice and China’s first officially certified Wim Hof Method Instructor.


After struggling with anxiety, burnout, and a constant sense of being overwhelmed, I was searching for my path in life. That’s when I discovered cold exposure and conscious breathwork. These practices didn’t just change my body; they completely transformed my mind.


I’ve trained directly with Wim Hof’s global team and have guided hundreds of people in China through breath and ice workshops that build real mental strength, physical resilience, and emotional calm.


My mission is simple: help you unlock the power that’s already inside you. Whether you’re an athlete, a stressed-out professional, or just someone looking for a reset, this method is for you.
